Eric Palmer

Eric spent 20 years in the education field in Colorado with 12 years of teaching experience, and eight years in public school administration before making an exit in February of 2024. He had a short stint as the project coordinator and parts manager at Pepper Equipment, a leading equipment distributor who provides high-quality machinery, automation, and innovative solutions for the agriculture industry. He is currently the Elementary Principal at Williston Trinity Christian School in Williston, ND. He grew up in northwest Iowa, moved to Colorado in 2001, and then to North Dakota in 2024. Eric holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Study. Eric lives with his wife and two sons. Some of his favorite things are backpacking, burgers, leading mission trips, and spending time with his family.
