Cinda Bauman

Cinda Jo Bauman is the author of Shuffle (formerly Only My Horses Know), Fetch, and Gallop, the three books in her completed Hope and Horses middle‑grade series. She also created the cut‑paper cover art for all three books and hopes to illustrate one of her own picture books someday.

She paints in oil and acrylic and enjoys spending quiet time in her studio. Now retired, Cinda treasures time with her husband, Greg, looks forward to weekly visits with her daughter, Brittany, and loves having two lazy dogs curled up on her lap.

Her favorite travel destination is the Lowcountry of South Carolina, where she enjoys fresh seafood, long beach walks, and plenty of birdwatching. Cinda is deeply grateful to God for the beauty in her life and the many prayers that have been answered.
