Hi everyone!

My name is Irena and I am Croatian.

As a child I lived in Libya, surrounded by friends of diverse nationalities. This helped me realize from a young age just how amazing it is to speak different languages. Being multilingual opens so many doors in life, and what lies beyond those doors is often quite magical.

Today as an adult, my mission is to help children learn English. I believe my task is not only to help them master the language but also to help them enjoy the adventure and have a fun time along the way.

At one point, I started writing very short stories and drawing funny sketches to make them smile and help them learn vocabulary quickly.

And guess what?

It worked!

So, I decided to write my first book 'John and Jenny'. While writing and illustrating the book, I kept in mind all the details that, in my experience, help children learn.
