Grace Miller

I am a newly published children's book author with a passion for crafting stories that illuminate diverse perspectives on relatable themes. My journey with literature began in childhood, where I was always reading a book and enjoyed story telling. I started writing short stories for fun and did a lot of daily journaling as a form of self-care.

After graduating college, I began my career in education as an educator for preschool-aged children and later transitioning into a reading teacher for elementary students. However, life took a turn after the birth of my first child and the onset of the pandemic. While initially returning to the classroom post-maternity leave, the challenges of the pandemic prompted a reevaluation of my priorities, ultimately leading me to begin my full time role as a stay-at-home mother.

It was during this transformative period, balancing the roles as an educator, wife, and mother, that I found inspiration for my debut children's book, "I Was A Baby During A Pandemic." Through my writing, I aspire to instill in readers of all ages the virtues of empathy, kindness, and the power of a smile.

I firmly believe in the impact of storytelling as a way to teach valuable life lessons and nurturing personal growth. Through my work, I aim to not only entertain but also enlighten and uplift readers.
