Miikka Leinonen

Miikka Leinonen is a community builder, strategy consultant, author, keynote speaker and strategy facilitator, and the creator of several design thinking tools. He is known for finding simplicity in complexity: seeing clear patterns where others see chaos, and turning them into straightforward ways forward.

His latest book, The AI Community, is a practical guide for leaders responsible for AI adoption. It shows how to build an internal AI ambassador community with the Community Pyramid, a model he developed with Jussi Tapio at Ghost Community, so that AI spreads from colleague to colleague.

Communities and human connection have long been at the center of his work. With Lana Jelenjev, he co-authored Community Builder, a workbook on the power of human connections. With Anupam Kundu and Arthur Prévot, he co-authored AI Pathway, a guide to how organizations build their AI vision, strategy and enablers. His book Your Business Strategy for the Intangible Future explores the intangible assets that shape modern business, from emotions and brand to talent, data and artificial intelligence.

With a background in design, business and marketing, Miikka advocates a shift from the material to the immaterial, helping organizations focus on the unseen elements that shape their future, and aiming for a more sustainable and inclusive one.
