Michael G. Stroud

Michael G. Stroud is a military historian based in Michigan. He has had a strong connection with history his entire life, with family having served in the military for generations. This connection runs from his father's service in Vietnam, his grandparents in WWII, the War of 1812, the American Revolution and before. He has traveled to numerous historical sites in Europe including Napoleon's Tomb, Stonehenge, the Colosseum, and Pompeii to name a few as well as having conducted many American Civil War battlefields site visits. He holds a BA in Military History and is available for lectures, project work, and historical consultation.
