Barbara Weldele

Barbara Weldele is a licensed professional counselor, nationally certified counselor, and licensed behavior specialist. She is also a certified anxiety treatment professional and certified as an elementary and secondary school counselor. Barbara is the founder of Promising Pathways Counseling Services LLC. Barbara has three grown and married children and several grandchildren, who have brought tremendous joy to her life. She has enjoyed working with children for many years focusing on mental health and emotional and behavioral issues occurring at home, in a school setting, and in the community. Barbara has worked with children individually as well as in a group setting. She has also enjoyed working with children with special needs.

“A Whirly Squirrely Rainy Day" is Barbara’s first book being published within the Bits and Pieces of Cherished Memories and More series. The purpose of Barbara’s stories is to bring enjoyment to every reader by bringing alive an abundance of cherished memories while also using counseling tools to provide parental support where needed and teach children specific skills needed. Barbara’s goal is to bring joy, laughter, and purpose to all readers while also sending a clear message.
