Lucy Parissi

My name is Lucy Parissi and I am the food blogger and photographer behind Supergolden Bakes

I grew up in Athens, Greece, where I learned from a very young age that food is fundamental to a happy, healthy life. Ingredients were always fresh, as my mother made her way to the local grocery store or market to pick them out on an almost daily basis.

I moved from Athens to the UK to study Graphic Design when I was 17 and very quickly my culinary horizons opened up to cuisines from around the world. I now call London my home, sharing a Victorian cluttered house with my husband, my two children, our three rescue dogs and one (so far) kitten.
