M.A. Mcalpine

M.A. McAlpine grew up in Ontario, Canada, where he attended the University of Western Ontario and earned multiple degrees that have nothing to do with writing. Continuing his journey trying to find the meaning of life, he then attended Wilfrid Laurier, where he earned another unrelated degree. After living all over the United States, working in software development, he finally settled in Toronto to work in corporate compliance.

In his spare time away from analyzing policy, M.A. enjoys lifting weights and spending time with his amazing wife, sweet daughter, and wonderfully goofy sheep-a-doodle, Mister Fonzy Bear. Inspired by the birth of daughter, M.A. decided to try a new challenge and wrote a fantasy series that he could one day share with her. What started as a simple gesture has now become a passion, and M.A. has never had more fun than he has when writing about Mya’s adventures.
