I divide my time between Cornwall and Mallorca, where I live with my family, a dangerously unstable tower of books that I fully intend to read one day, and a very unreliable herb garden that defies both weather and reason.
Rudely Interrupted is my first novel, and certainly the first one to feature pub-haunting romantics, spectral red tape, and the surprisingly complicated love lives of the recently deceased.
When not writing or loitering in pubs, (for research, obviously), I can often be found exploring historic streets, wandering through bookshops, or testing the patience of my family with “just one more” story idea.
Rudely Interrupted is my first foray into romantic comedy with a supernatural twist. I hope you like it. If you laugh, cry, or feel the sudden urge to hug a ghost, I’ll consider my work done, and if you hear a suspicious rattle in the grate, don’t panic, it’s probably just a ghost trying to get your attention.
Or it’s the wind.
But mostly the ghost.
