Her adventure began with a bold move—selling everything that wouldn't fit into her Toyota Corolla to establish her first boutique fitness studio in a town she'd never heard of. Driven by a passion for group fitness classes, she ignited a journey that led her from a small town in Rhode Island to the vibrant University of Tampa, where she earned a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Fueling her thirst for knowledge, Laura pursued an M.Ed. at the University of South Florida, specializing in curriculum and instruction.
