My journey starts there, somewhere in the ocean, amidst the vast expanse of the North Sea, where my family’s roots run deep. Even as a young child, I always had a thing for the water.

The allure of water only intensified over the years. My dad, recognizing my passion at an early age, became my guide, teaching me the art of sailing. My connection to water deepened, and I was blessed to sail on the Great Lakes, the Chesapeake Bay, and set sail throughout the Caribbean islands.

It was on my first journey to the Caribbean that my love for the ocean reached new heights. The turquoise waters and gentle breezes worked their magic on me. It was there that I learned to scuba dive and immersing myself in the art of snorkeling. The Islands became my home for six incredible years, where I experienced some of the greatest adventures of my life.

Life beneath the sea proved to be enchanting and mesmerizing beyond my wildest dreams. It was a whole other world that existed beneath us. The coral reefs, the fishes, and the creatures with their vibrant colors and diverse patterns. Dolphins joyfully playing, whales making their trek north & south every year & Sea turtles floating about. Turquoise shores are where some of the pure essence of the love of this world are hidden.

The ocean is the only place that some animals can call Home. This book stands as my heartfelt gift, a tribute to the extraordinary life I have been privileged to experience and the captivating journey of love that the ocean has gracefully guided me through over the years. My aspiration is that as you delve into these pages, you will sense the irresistible allure of the ocean and its magnificent creatures, prompting you to embark on your own enriching journey. Together, let us envision a harmonious future, appreciating and protecting the beauty that the ocean offers to us all.
