Eddie Olsen

Eddie Olsen, hailing from Jersey, Channel Islands, has called Amsterdam his home for the past two decades. Juggling roles as a freelance chef and photographer, he discovered his love for storytelling whilst traveling the world after completing his studies.

Inspired by his family adventures in Jersey, particularly low water fishing with his children Indy & Flynn, Eddie embarked on a journey into the world of children's literature.

In his debut book, Charlie and The Prawns, Eddie deftly blends humour, adventure, and a touch of mischief to entertain both children and their parents alike. This debut marks the beginning of his aquatic life series promising more underwater adventures to captivate little readers of all ages.
