Randy Hayes

Randy Hayes has decades of experience helping individuals and organizations set, track, and achieve goals that conform to their intent, culture, and requirements. He is an honor graduate of multiple leadership courses and served as an infantry officer in the National Guard.

Randy currently works as a consultant/coach helping profit and non-profit organizations establish themselves as well as helping large and small organizations execute guided turnarounds or improve performance.

In his spare time, he publishes games under House Chaos Games and sings/plays guitar in a classic rock and blues band.
