Nicki Drake

Nicki Drake is a native of Chesapeake, Virginia. A NICU nurse and mother of three, Nicki discovered her ability to write while attending Norfolk State University pursuing her nursing degree. Writing became her way of processing life's unexpectancies, first through poetry then later her journaling sessions became gripping works of fiction that were relatable and based on everyday life experiences. When she isn't creating literary text, Nicki enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, reading, listening to music, dancing and traveling.
