Brad Lucas

Brad Lucas was born and raised in the pacific northwest. He is a part time artist, musician, and writer. He grew up exploring the woods of Oregon. He is greatly inspired by his wife Jamie and their six boys. Lucas is a creative writer who loves to submerge himself of the world of Tolkien and Poe.

He also has proven his ability to wite about the harsh realities of addiction, in his first publication "Thoughts and Rhymes of a Recovering Mind" Lucas loves the dark and macabre but is also fascinated by the simplicity of children's books, especially as a father of six.

Lucas always wanted to be a known musician or artist. He followed his heart and attended The Art Institute of Portland. He went on working in warehouses, welding, appliance installation, and even a contracted sanitation worker for the city. He hopes that one day he could write full time. He and his wife have a dream to open a store where they can share their creations with others.
