Michael Acker

At a young age, Michael’s parents became committed followers of Christ. They left behind drug smuggling and new-age witchcraft to lead a life dedicated to service through YWAM, community involvement, and full-time missionary work in Mexico.

Their dedication marked Michael’s life and set him on a path toward ministry. After college and nearly twenty years of pastoral leadership, he transitioned into corporate training and executive communication coaching, while continuing to serve at his church and in his community.

Michael is the author of Life on Mission, Speak with No Fear and several other books, a keynote speaker, and the founder of Uplevel Communication.

In 2023, he and his wife, Taylor, deepened their work with GO on the Mission, where Michael has served in a variety of roles, including Visionary Director, committed to aiding impoverished children and breaking the cycle of poverty.

Whether through Uplevel or GO, Michael’s personal mission is the same: to help people realize their potential and step into the opportunities God has placed before them.
