Theodora Bogiou

Theodora has been a pioneer in the field of Education for over 25 years. She is an EFL Teacher Trainer and the owner and Director of Studies at Bogiou Language School. She has worked as an Academic Manager with BSC young learners in Oxford, Chelmsford, and Malta, and is also a certified Teen Coach.

Theodora is the creator and founder of exSELlens™ - excelling through Social Emotional Learning - and creator of Little Pilots™, Little Stars™, ‘Mummy and me’ English together™, XBrain™ and the Teacher SELato™.

Her latest programme RESELIENT TEENS™ helps schools foster teen resilience as a means to achieve peak performance and self-mastery.

Theodora’s groundbreaking frameworks support leaders in education and teachers to nurture the whole child so that they become resilient adults who thrive with purpose in life. So far, more than 800 teachers have been trained in her 6 proprietary Social Emotional Learning programmes, and have seen extraordinary results.
