Regina Kunzel

Regina Kunzel is the Larned Professor of History and Professor of Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Yale University. She is the author of In the Shadow of Diagnosis: Psychiatric Power and Queer Life (University of Chicago Press, 2024), Criminal Intimacy: Prison and the Uneven History of Modern American Sexuality (University of Chicago Press, 2008), and Fallen Women, Problem Girls: Unmarried Motherhood and the Professionalization of Social Work (Yale University Press, 1995).
