HEATHER M. BURT knew from a young age she wanted to "help" in some way. Initially her desire to help translated into military service, where she worked in law enforcement. While she found the work rewarding, she wasn't having the impact on people's lives in the way she imagined.

Not knowing what she wanted to do, Heather spent the next twenty-three years of her life trying to figure it out. Serving in three different branches of the military, living in nearly every quadrant of America, working in every industry from manufacturing to ballroom dance, Heather began to think she missed her opportunity to serve humanity in a meaningful way. Little did she know, her unintentional journey laid the groundwork for the life experience that would become her message: Your Individual EvoLution Directive.
