Welcome to my author page! I’m Jane Lee, and I’m a wife, mom to 2 teenage girls, elementary teacher, and now published author. Native Texan and Longhorn for life…now resident of Orange County, CA.

This book My Eyes to Your Heart was inspired by my students, past and present. I believe in the power of connection with people, especially my students. The impact is evidenced by how a teacher makes a child feel. The academic growth is a byproduct of child experiencing the love and safety that a teacher can create in a learning space. Teachers create opportunities to help students build healthy emotional habits in response to feelings, but at the core our job is to love students. Period.

In my spare time, I enjoy D.I.Y. projects, trying new foods, and being with my loved ones.
