Andrea Frezza

ANDREA FREZZA is a Quality Manager with over twenty years of experience in the field of performance management,

process control and integrated Quality-Environment management system (ISO9001-14001 certification).

The Performance Measurement System designed by the author has become a case history in three publications of the Faculty of Management Engineering of the University of Padua and can be considered a reference point for the application of the Balanced Scorecard in Italian SMEs.

His passion for sport, born and cultivated thanks to his father Luigi, led him to write two books on the managerial management of sports clubs.

Since 2024 Frezza has been teaching "Corporate performance measurement systems" at the sports marketing course at the DIES of the University of Udine
