Oliver J Stewart

Oliver J.Stewart is a Jamaican-American poet and filmmaker of the debut

book If You See This You’re Beautiful (IYSTYB). The collection of free

verse poetry and witty aphorisms bring readers and viewers on a journey

through the introspective threads of love, loss, healing and an enduring

connection to nature.

Through multimedia art and film, Stewart has spent the last decade using

visuals to express his work. The various projects have amassed hundreds of

thousands of views on social media and they typically explore how the

inner child shapes adulthood — the discoveries are expressed through

non-traditional storytelling.

Now, Stewart's using the page as an invitation to seeing oneself like a

mirror reflecting the diverse hues of the human experience.
