His illustrious journey began with the inauguration of the first Four Seasons in the Middle East in 1999, propelling him to Seattle and subsequently to 10 prominent cities nationwide over the next 18 years.
As Michael ascended the professional ladder, he distinguished himself as a hotel General Manager for luxurious full-service establishments. His trajectory continued upward, reaching the pinnacle of success as a Corporate General Manager, specializing in new acquisitions and hotel takeovers. In the interim between hotel openings, Michael assumed a pivotal role in training new General Managers and executive teams for struggling hotels, utilizing his strategic prowess to enhance benchmarks and results. Michael's Six Sigma Black-belt certification became integral to his management style, enhancing effectiveness and efficiency.
