Noel Dias

Noel Dias, was born in Ferriday, Louisiana. After serving five years in the US Armned Forces, he embarked on training in a wide range of vocational pursuits, including electronics repair, office administration, private investigations, modeling, refrigeration and heating, and truck driving. Now retired after completing and logging over 2.1 million miles of driving and for that was awarded a specially designed model 18-wheeler truck and trailer for his 17 years of accident free service. He has also tried his hand as an inventor, having patented the Kwick Hitch, a one-piece trailer hitch guideplate. As a fan of sports and always a competitor, Dias has participated in basketball, track, and, to this day, drag racing. Though he considers education vital to a life well lived, Dias believes the true mark of success is found in the journey, not the heights to which one climbs. Smooth: Tales of A Non-Convicted Criminal Part II is his second book.
