Mary Payne Moran

In 2002 Chef Mary graduated culinary school and her catering company’s inaugural event was for Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone’s wedding reception, this was the beginning of high-profile events. In 2007 Celebrity Chef Mary started teaching children about healthy eating and cooking, and the children she taught inspired her book. The Vita Gang Characters evolved over time as Chef Mary would read the story repeatedly to all the different schools and camps over the years.

Chef Mary brightens all kitchens with her in-depth cooking and nutritional knowledge and her enthusiasm and love for all things culinary. She’s confidant in front of the camera with her several appearances on Traditional Homes’ Cooking Shows, That Morning Show appearance, The Oklahoman, USC Broad cast, Her You Tube Series Brunch with a Twist, Interviews with LA Food and Wine, and traveling through Europe with her Food Show.
