Cynthea Jones

Cynthea Jones has studied a variety of metaphysical practices for most of her life. She began teaching in Springfield, IL in 1988. Moving to Diana's Grove in Bunker, MO with her partner, Patricia Storm, in 1994 they offered retreats, supported the offerings of individuals like Starhawk, Steven Forrest, Layne Redmond, Margot Adler, T. Thorn Coyle, and many others. Their Mystery School program opened awareness and growth to over 1000 participants over the 16 years it was offered. Their work continues with workshops and individual sessions designed around the needs of the individual or group.

Cynthea has also created, taught, and provided experiential training for people from all over the country. Her style is charismatic, insightful, and personal. She is one of those leaders, who truly leads by going first - into the depths of personal growth. Her students describe her with the theme "she changed my life." Cynthea is a skilled astrologer, mythologist, and master of Tarot for use as a personal development tool. Cynthea has re-written numerous myths to personalize them and create tools for personal understanding. Shadows, Secrets and Promises is her first publication of her work.
