Rosa Valle-Lopez is a veteran television news journalist, who has worked for NBC and CBS affiliate stations in Los Angeles. She spent three decades in the trenches of a newsroom, witnessing and reporting on world-changing events, gaining insights into the human condition and the ways we can support and inspire each other. She uses humor and personal anecdotes to share quirky life lessons. She has received numerous acknowledgments for her work, including Los Angeles Area Emmy and Los Angeles Golden Mike awards. She is an avid supporter of community and nonprofit work and a devoted volunteer with Parents of Watts, an organization that provides educational and recreational opportunities for children in South LA. Rosa is the mother of three and lives in Los Angeles with her husband, David. Rosa is currently authoring her second book, which delves into the themes of loss and healing. She also maintains a blog, where she shares warm, humorous and uplifting personal stories.
