The spirit of KARL KRAUS has risen again to write against the threat of 21st century fascism represented by Trumpism in the United States! Karl Kraus was the great early 20th-century Austrian critic, satirist, and scourge of war, capitalism, and a facile press for the ways in which their mindless collaboration paved the way for the rise of Nazi fascism in the 1920s and Hitler's eventual overthrow of the German constitutional republic in 1933.

Today the same zombie conjunction of the arms industry, capitalism, and a facile media are paving the way to a new totalitarian fascism unless we act together to stop it. While most political pundits, even on the so-called left, are merely warning us about the threat Trumpism presents to our democracy, the ghost of Karl Kraus has risen to summon Americans to attend to what they need to DO to defend their democracy from the destruction promised by the fascist movement of D.J. Trump and his cowardly, sycophantic followers.

In 2021, after the January 6th event made visible to the world the new monstrous birth of insurrectionist fascism, the first book of this 21st-century Kraus - "What Does Resistance Mean Now?" - summoned Americans to wake up to the fate awaiting them if they do not rise to creative political action to fight back against this movement working to end our democracy.

In the spirit of those courageous women such as Cassidy Hutchinson and E. Jean Carroll who have said with thunder, ENOUGH! and have exposed to the world the phantom "nothing" that Trump is, Kraus's new book for this apocalyptic year of 2024 doubles down on his summons to creative political action. Addressed to the members of the U.S. House of Justice, which all Americans are responsible for guarding and creating, "Revelations 2024" offers a provocative framework that challenges Americans to think more deeply and creatively about what they can DO to come together in united ACTION now to end the Trump Show before it ends the United States.

For our apocalyptic times, Kraus's new book begins with the words of that ancient but so perpetually modern warning that rings down the long course of centuries summoning humanity to pay lucid attention to what is happening NOW in the world: "FEARLESS are they who not only read but hear and act on these words, for the time is at hand."
