Victoria Frederick

Victoria Frederick was born in the beautiful island of Trinidad and Tobago; she has a passion for psychology, poetry and all things ministry. Victoria is a Counselling Psychologist by way of qualification: BSc. Psychology (COSTAATT), MSc. Counselling Psychology - Emphasis Marriage and Family Counselling (USC); in fact, she recently launched her private practice: Holistic Healing and she is a Guidance Counsellor, by way of profession.

At just 33 years of age Victoria has embodied a growth mindset which allowed her to develop a multifaceted organization with no familial blueprint or benchmark. Victoria under the guidance and directives from God has successfully turned her passion into purpose thus making room for her purpose to become provision. She is an entrepreneur - the Creator of Victoria Frederick’s General Enterprise (VFGE) which is the home company of (i) Vikki’s World - this facet specializes in the hosting and facilitation of seminars/conferences on various subject matters such as the community’s annual "While We Wait" Conference; and (ii) Queen Tribe Clothing (QTC) – an empowerment clothing brand intended to remind persons of their Christ-identity. Victoria is also the Founder of the While We Wait - Support Haven which is another facet of the business that caters to persons living or attempting to live a life of purity while waiting on God. Furthermore, Victoria is a leader in every sense of the term, and she currently holds the title of President of her church’s youth ministry - Elysian Youth Movement (EYM). Not to mention, she is a Spoken Word Poet and a member of the Elysian Youth Worshippers – Ministry Team.

Victoria has extensive experience in waiting amounting to almost 15 years cumulatively with and without Christ and Community. Victoria is an all-round creative and enjoys all things music: singing, dancing, and listening to her favourite playlists. Now, she can add author to the list!
