I am an author from Eugene, Oregon. I love spending time with my kids, listening to vinyl records, and playing electric guitar. Being an author is a dream for me, and I've worked so hard to get here. Thank you for supporting my indie books!

I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember. The Haunting of Chateau de Mornay is my first published novel, and it’s a deeply passionate piece. My goal was to pen a modern-day Gothic story I would want to read. I liked the gothic aesthetic intertwined with personal tragedy and growth. I wanted characters who were pieces of me. It’s fast-paced, with rich characters and a powerful story.

I wrote what I knew. Many allegorical parallels to people and events throughout my life give the novel a personal richness. Writing this novel over seven years was a labor of love. I went through personal hardships and had to shelve it several times. Finally, I came out the other side strong enough to see it through and couldn’t be more proud of what I created.

The best art grows underground in our winters of despair and springs to life when we are finally strong enough to tell our stories. The best art comes from struggle, not success.
