I love books. I love the way they smell. I love the way they feel in your hands. I love the way they transport you to a different time and place. I am a voracious reader. It was only fitting that I became a writer because writers are readers. Bookstores and libraries are my happy place. I also love the outdoors. I grew up in the Sangre De Cristo mountains of Northern New Mexico. I have lived my adult life in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains of northwestern Arkansas. I live there with my husband, Steve, and our rowdy puppy, Rudy. My husband built a fabulous backyard oasis for me and it is there that I wrote my first book, “Imago Dei…Seeing Yourself Through Your Father’s Eyes.” My backporch oasis is also the place where I wrote my second book, “Misunderstood, An Introvert’s Journey to Discovering Biblical Friendship”. My writing genre is Christian inspirational. It is my hope that my writing will point you to Jesus and that my books will be a blessing to you.
