Alisha Harland

Alisha Harland is a British-American writer whose world travels and her childhood friendships inspired her to write Thomas the Polar Bear. She learned that finding a friend to take an adventure with was the best kind of friendship and hopes everyone of every age group has the opportunity to have that experience.

Alisha loves everything about the place she grew up in and visits often but did not like the cold. Today she works and lives in a place where she and her white fluffy canine companions are always ready for another adventure in the sun and sand.
