Eileen Glasco

Eileen Glasco was born in Liverpool, England. She immigrated to New Zealand and later lived in Queensland and Tasmania, Australia. She met her husband Roy in Auckland, who was stationed on an American submarine, the USS Archerfish. Upon his return to America, he sent for her to join him, and they were married. She moved with him to California, then to Hawaii, and on to Japan, where they lived for four years. While in Japan, she worked for a major cosmetic company and modeled as the “Charlie Girl,” launching a new fragrance at the Tokyo Hilton. Over the years, she began writing poetry, and her passion for writing has grown. One of her greatest joys is reading her books to children and adults alike and sharing some of her travels and life experiences. She resides in Florida with her two cats Twiggy and Holly.
