Her journey began in the vibrant city of New York, where at the tender age of 8, she embarked on her spiritual odyssey at church and church school. There, Natasha honed her extraordinary talents as a singer and organizer, setting the stage for a remarkable career.

Growing up in the spiritual ambiance of church alongside her aunt, Natasha found a profound connection to worship that would shape her path. Those early experiences fueled a passion that would drive her to new heights in the ministry world.

In 2006, Natasha founded Natsel Management, a hub of transformative services encompassing church strategic planning, worship consulting, event planning, leadership training, and life coaching. Her visionary approach has empowered countless individuals and congregations to elevate their spiritual experiences and organizational effectiveness.

Natasha is currently pursuing a dual degree in Master of Divinity and Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Urban Chaplaincy, Natasha exemplifies a commitment to lifelong learning and spiritual growth.

With over three decades of dedicated service, Natasha has held pivotal roles, from local church youth departments to the prestigious North American Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Public Campus Ministry Advisory Board. A multifaceted visionary, Natasha is not only a leader but also an author. On January 8, 2023, she released her much-anticipated book and workbook on Amazon titled "Mindset Reset: Unlocking the Power of Transformation." This literary offering is a testament to her desire to guide others on a transformative journey towards a renewed mindset.

Beyond her professional achievements, Natasha is a loving mother to two remarkable young adult daughters who stand as a testament to her dedication to family values. Throughout her journey, she has drawn strength and inspiration from Isaiah 43:1-3: "For I have called you by name; you are mine."
