Ken Smith

Ken Smith is passionate about leadership. Ken’s goal is to improve the lives of 1 million people through better leadership. He believes that we spend so much of our time at work and our leaders have a profound impact on our quality of life. Helping leaders grow has a cascading impact on improving the lives of the people they lead.

Ken is a 1996 graduate of the United States Military Academy. He served 12 years as an Infantry officer, including two combat tours. His time in service includes assignments in the 82nd Airborne and 25th Infantry Divisions. He earned the Bronze Star and is a Ranger and Sapper school graduate. After the Military, Ken joined the Oil & Gas Industry drilling wells in the Gulf of Mexico for BHP. He led engineering teams for TechnipFMC for 7 years and honed his boots on the ground leadership style.

Ken earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from West Point and a MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. This allows him to merge practical experience with theoretical knowledge to deliver a world class experience.

Ken lives in Nashville, TN with his wife Jennifer. His two adult children are out making their impact on the world.
