He sits on advisory boards of organisations, consults in the area of leadership, talent management and teaches leadership, talent management for The Fast Future Executive, Caltech Executive Education and is a moderator with Harvard Business Publishing.

Rajan has solved complex people problems for more than 160 corporations across India, UAE and US. He is an advisor to SHRM India and regularly speaks in their conferences in India and UAE.
