Robert McElroy

Robert McElroy, Ph.D. was faced with two situations of 70-pounds excess weight gain and applied his skills from technical and forensic fields to solve his situation. They worked successfully. He took the weight off and has kept the weight off.

Dr. McElroy is a pragmatic, visionary business and professional leader with extensive engineering, technical, consulting, deposition and trial experience. He is an internationally acknowledged vehicle technical expert, accident reconstructionist, and Event Data Recorder (EDR) expert. Since 1986, he has specialized in the scientific use of forensic evidence for vehicle product liability and failure analysis and reconstructs transportation and industrial accidents.

He has provided transportation, vehicle, and accident testimony in approximately 1000 depositions and 100 trials in Federal and State Courts for criminal and civil trials. He works with a wide variety of industries including industrial and commercial corporations, local/national municipalities, insurance, and trucking/vehicle rental industries.

Besides all his work in the courtroom, Dr. McElroy is a successful entrepreneur, founding companies in technology, transportation, energy, manufacturing, and consulting. He is recognized for leadership, logical thinking, crisp decision making, and constructive contribution.
