S C Pemberton

Sharee Cravero Pemberton returned to her home-state of Florida after spending many years in Washington, DC and Winneta, the tony suburb of Chicago. There she wrote "Murder in Winnetka," on which "Sheridan Road" is based. She honed her writing skills as a reporter, speechwriter and copywriter, where she was lauded with the "Clio" Award for the PSA on behalf of abused children.

Ms. Pemberton has also worn the hat of director, producer and actress on stage and broadcasting, garnering awards along the way. She is proud to have worked for many non-profits, including the USO and The Children's Hospital. She was Executive Producer of the Chicago Film Critics Association and was lucky to have worked with some of the screen's finest talents. Most recently Sharee is proud Executive Producer of "The Letter" scheduled for a 2024 release.

Ms. Pemberton's most cherished chapeau is that of Mother, Daughter, Nana and Friend!
