Will Richardson

Will Richardson has been in sales since 2000, a Wealth Management Advisor with Northwestern Mutual since 2008, but only a top performer since 2010. In the beginning, he followed all the rules. It wasn’t until he broke them that he found true success. Today Will ranks in the top 5 percent in his industry.

Will and his team have qualified for Forum the past 3 consecutive years, Live’s Leaders’ Summit each year since 2011, MDRT Top of the Table in 2016, and Top 3 in the Financial Security Award in the Western Region in 2016.

Will is a prolific public speaker and world traveler and has been known to jump out of planes (with a parachute). He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi.

Will has two children, Liam (age 8) and Ben (age 6). He lives in San Francisco, CA. Will enjoys running and creating content for other advisors. His two podcasts have been downloaded over a million times.
