Lisabel Chretien

Lisabel Chretien wrote her first story—which was about vampires, witches, and a haunted house—in purple marker when she was eight. Since then, she has been a ballet dancer; a dance teacher; a choreographed stage-combat performer at Renaissance festivals; a writer, director, and actor in murder mystery dinner theater shows; the stage manager for a burlesque troupe; and a violin player in a nautical-themed folk-rock band. By day, her secret identity is as a mild-mannered nonfiction developmental book editor. When Lisabel isn’t writing, editing, or on stage, she loves playing Dungeons and Dragons and video games with her husband, reading, hiking, cuddling with her dog and cat, and traveling.
