Kerry Townsend

Kerry Townsend is a Salesforce implementation professional who has been customizing the platform since 2006. She is a member of the Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame (HoF), a community conference leader, and currently has 16 Salesforce certifications.

Like many, she started using Salesforce as a user and an accidental admin, then quickly progressed into consulting where she has implemented Salesforce solutions for many companies big and small. Having worked for Salesforce end users, and both multinational and boutique consulting partners, Kerry now supports clients and implements Salesforce as a freelancer.
