An expert on resilient leadership, he published “Lead Again: A Modern Guide to Resilience” in 2024. Bagwell also dabbles in fiction, most of which is unpublished. An exception is a steampunk short story, “Deadeye Winstead,” set in his Aetherworks fictional world. In the future, he intends to finish and publish a series of novels, novellas, and / or short stories set in this same world. He also plans to release a series of at least four books set in a fictional earth, which will explore philosophical and spiritual themes through the lens of certain paranormal phenomena.
