Huda, a senior HR consultant and a mother, is the founder of Alefya Story, a brand inspired by her multicultural Middle Eastern roots and her experiences growing up in the U.S.

Wanting to pass down cultural traditions to her daughters, Huda created Alefya Story during the COVID-19 pandemic. The name “Alefya” combines the first and last letters of the Arabic alphabet, symbolizing completeness. Alefya features culturally rich coloring and activity books, illustrated by female artists from each represented country, highlighting traditions, food, and landmarks.

Originally focused on the Middle East, the collection has expanded to include countries like Turkey, India, Ukraine, and Italy, promoting diversity and cultural appreciation for children.
