These accomplishments reflect her commitment to enhancing the nursing field through both entrepreneurial and personal development.

The first of her ventures, a Nurse Case Management Company, specializes in Workers' Compensation. Here, Kimyette introduced the RI2SE method, a groundbreaking approach that prioritizes patient involvement in their recovery process, reflecting her deep commitment to patient-centered and holistic care.

Her second initiative, the Nurse Empowerment Academy, focuses on nurturing growth and development in nursing professionals. Through a range of life and business coaching services, courses, and workshops, the Academy promotes spiritual awareness, mindfulness, and holistic health. Central to its philosophy is the "Thrive Matrix", a transformative methodology that Kimyette developed to guide nurses in both their personal and professional journeys.
