Sreejith Sreedharan is a distinguished author, technology columnist, and management professional with nearly three decades of global experience in Human Resource Management and Leadership Development. His career spans leadership roles across diverse cultural settings and has given him a distinctive international perspective.

Sreejith works where management science, artificial intelligence, and organisational futures meet. As an author, technology analyst, and columnist, he has built a body of work that is grounded in scholarship and written for broad public engagement. He write a weekly technology column for Firstpost, a premier global digital news platform. His writing speaks to practitioners, policymakers, and researchers involved in the global AI and future-of-work conversation.

As an author, Sreejith has made notable contributions to management literature. His first book in the trilogy, Future of Work – AI in HR, examines the impact of Artificial Intelligence on workplace dynamics and on evolving ideas of management and leadership. Endorsed by industry experts and academics, the book was ranked 2nd in the ‘Top-5 (2024) Future-Fit HR’ category by the global expert reviewer platform Five Books. In recognition of its reach, five national libraries and institutions added the book to their collections: The British Library (UK), the National Library of Australia, the Royal Danish Library (Denmark), Korea Labor Institute (Government think tank), and Switzerland’s National Academic Library Network (SLSP).

The book is also listed at the New York Public Library (NYPL) and in more than 50 academic and research libraries worldwide. The Future of Work series is a trilogy that examines how artificial intelligence is reshaping work and life.

The second volume, Future of Work – AI Augmented, Autonomous, Decentralized, was published and officially released in November 2025 at the National University of Singapore. The book has received endorsements from academic and industry leaders and is already part of library collections at Harvard Business School, the National University of Singapore, and the National Library of Singapore, among others. In addition, the eBook is catalogued by two major ed-tech platforms, extending access across more than 30,000 academic and research libraries in over 200 countries and territories, reaching 150+ million students.

The concluding volume is scheduled for release in 2026 and will focus on the ESG implications of AI. Together, the trilogy offers a wide-ranging view of AI’s impact on organisations, leadership, and human potential. Rather than rely on dense theory or jargon-heavy exposition, Sreedharan writes in a clear and accessible style that is intended to help students, professionals, and leaders understand the tech-augmented workplace.

Recognised for his thought leadership on evolving management and leadership philosophies, Sreejith was invited to join the Advisory Council of the prestigious Harvard Business Review. In this voluntary, opt-in role, he advises and contributes to HBR publications on new-age leadership and management.

He was also selected for the Aula Fellowship, a Canadian international think tank and advocacy group focused on AI science, technology, and policy, and working alongside United Nations initiatives to advance responsible AI.
