Jim Sollars

I grew up in Wyoming. With my graduate degree in finance, I worked at a real job for 5 years before planning my "grand adventure." Sailed two three-year voyages in the Western and South Pacific in the 70's and 80's. These were the Golden Age days of sextant and seat-of-your-pants. Without a dollar in my account, I saved, sold, and borrowed to make the trips a reality. Once as a single man and once with my wife and two young daughters.
