Sam Bunch

Sam Bunch is a writer, interviewer and ever curious. Originally from the Ribble Valley in Lancashire, she spent the last 35 years living in London. A variety of incarnations; from waitress, au-pair and paralegal in her 20s, training to become a naturopath and running her successful practise for 15 years all whilst being mum to 3 kids.

Menopause saw the shift into her current position as writer. She published her first book at 50. Gave a TedX talk about listening, wrote the funny pocket sized - Menopause A Hot Topic! and to complete the trilogy, during lockdown she took to her shed and Zoom and questioned 100 men about their inner workings. She managed to get men from all over the world to open up an tell us how they really feel, no mean feat!
