Brett Erdmann

Brett Erdmann is the Director of Student Learning Programs at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois, where he oversees MTSS and tutoring programs to support a comprehensive, student-centered system of learning. In this role, he collaborates with teachers, teams, and departments to strengthen intervention practices, build collective responsibility, and enhance student agency across the school.

Previously, Brett served as Assistant Director of Science, where he continued teaching while supporting teacher development and leading department initiatives. He began his career in medical and laboratory sales before pursuing his passion for education through graduate study.

In addition to his leadership roles, Brett taught high school science classes for over 20 years. He has also sponsored numerous student clubs, served as the school’s community service coordinator, and developed a summer STEM research program.
