Michael Hensley

Over a career of 31 years has served in various roles as instructor, teacher, and Adjunct Faculty ranging from 15 students to over 100 recruits. Abilities range from classroom instruction with media and/or hard copy handouts to 15 weeklong on-line, asynchronous instructing. Able to effectively manage assignments, communication and provide guidance to students while consistently ensuring graded material was completed, graded, and returned within specified timelines. Have served as an Adjunct Faculty for the United States Marine Corps Command Distance Education Training school for over seven years with class sizes ranging from 8 to 15 students. Started higher education in 2013 and achieved an Associate of Arts in General Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, a Masters in Organizational Leadership and started a doctoral journey in August of 2022 with Abilene Christian University pursuing an Educational Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a trend toward Learning with Digital Technology.

I started writing my first book in Jan of 2023 and submitted for publishing later that year. I have several additional book titles and ideas that I am currently working on at this time.
